Terms and Conditions
The word “Public Courses” includes self-paced courses and live online courses available to the general public. A person accepting these terms and conditions on behalf of another person, persons, or organisation warrants and assures Now Next Later AI that they have the authority to do so on behalf of the persons or organisation they are registering.
1. Cancellations
Online Live Courses
If you wish to cancel your registration for a online live course, our policy is as follows:
a) Cancellations are accepted without financial penalty, provided we receive written notice from you at least fifteen (15) business days before the start date of the Online Live Public Course. A refund will be provided, minus any payment platform provider fees.
b) Participants who fail to show, cancel within fourteen (14) or fewer business days of the Online Live Public Course start date, or only attend part of the Online Live Public Course, are liable for the full fee. However, you may transfer to a later Public Course under Clause 2(b).
Self-paced Courses
We do not accept cancellations for Self-paced Courses.
2. Transfers
Online Live Courses
If you wish to transfer to another Online Live Public Course date, our policy is as follows:
a) Transferring your registration to the same Online Live Public Course at a later date, or another Online Live Public Course at a later date, is permitted, provided you supply us with written notice at least fifteen (15) business days before the original Online Live Public Course start date.
b) If you provide less than fifteen (15) business days of clear written notice, your original registration will be canceled under Clause 1(b). You may rebook on a later Online Live Public Course date with the Online Live Public Course already covered under your original booking at no extra fee. This applies for up to two transfers only; thereafter, the 100% fee applies.
Self-paced Courses
We do not accept transfers on Self-paced Courses.
3. Substitutions - Online Live Events
Online Live Courses
Participant substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the Online Live Public Course start date without charge, provided any substitutions meet the Public Course prerequisites (if any).
Self-paced Courses
We do not accept substitutions on Self-paced Courses.
4. Acceptance
Now Next Later AI is under no obligation to accept any registration.
5. Fees
Public Course fees are required to be paid in full at the time of registration.
6. Guaranteed Public Courses - Online Live Events
"Guaranteed Public Courses" means we have enough participants already booked on that date to confirm the course. In the unlikely event that the course is no longer possible, we will work with registrants to book them on a later course. If it is not feasible, a full refund will be provided.
7. Geographies
Public Courses are offered across geographies, with attendees participating from multiple countries.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
Recording of Public Course sessions and the taking of photographs is not permitted. Participants acknowledge Now Next Later AI's privacy policy.
9. Independent Contractor Status
With the exception of Now Next Later AI's Chief Transformation Officer, who is a full-time employee of the company, the Trainers listed on the Now Next Later AI platform are independent contractors and not employees of Now Next Later AI. The trainers are responsible for their own tax and legal obligations. Now Next Later AI shall not be held liable for any claims or damages arising out of the trainers' actions or omissions.
10. Representations and Warranties
Now Next Later AI makes no representations or warranties regarding any advice given in the Public Course or any Public Course materials, and the Customer agrees that Now Next Later AI shall have no liability for any loss arising from the content of any such advice or materials, however caused. The maximum aggregate liability of Now Next Later AI arising out of or in connection with any Public Course shall be limited to the direct losses suffered by the Customer only, up to a maximum of the value of the Public Course fees received by Now Next Later AI for the Public Course registration only. Any claim made against Now Next Later AI must be made within 12 months from the start date of the Public Course from which the claim is being made.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, civil disturbance, or government action.
12. Intellectual Property
All materials provided in the Public Course, including but not limited to course content, videos, presentations, and documents, are the intellectual property of Now Next Later AI or its licensors. The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
13. System Requirements and Technical Support
It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that they have the necessary technical requirements to access and participate in the Public Course. Now Next Later AI is not responsible for any technical issues or difficulties that may arise during the Public Course. Technical support will be provided as far as possible, but no guarantees can be made for resolving all technical issues.
14. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and treat other participants, trainers, and Now Next Later AI staff with respect. Now Next Later AI reserves the right to remove any participant from a Public Course if their behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund or transfer of registration will be provided.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Now Next Later AI reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be available on the Now Next Later AI website. By continuing to participate in Public Courses, you agree to be bound by any changes to the terms and conditions.
16. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The word “Private Courses” includes live online courses or in person classroom courses organised for a group of people within the same organisation. A person accepting these terms and conditions on behalf of another person, persons, or organisation warrants and assures Now Next Later AI that they have the authority to do so on behalf of the persons or organisation they are registering.

If you wish to cancel your registration, our policy is as follows:
a) Cancellations of the entire Private Course are accepted, without financial penalty provided we receive notice from you, in writing, thirty (30) or more business days before the start date of the Private Course. A refund will be provided minus any payment platform platform provider fees.
b) Cancellations of the entire Private Course within less than thirty (30) business days of the Private Course start date are liable for the full fee. However, you may be able to reschedule to a later date under Clause 2(a).
c) Cancellations of the additional attendees (beyond the 8 included in the base package) of a Private Course are accepted, without financial penalty provided we receive notice from you, in writing, seven (7) or more business days before the start date of the Private Course. A refund of participant fees will be provided minus any payment platform provider fees.
d) Additional attendees who fail to show, or cancel within six (5) or less business days of the Private Course start date, or who only attend part of the Private Course are liable for the full fee.
2. Reschedule
If you wish to reschedule the Private Course to a later date, this is permitted provided you supply us with written notice:
- Online or in-person Sydney: fifteen (15) or more business days,
- Other in-person locations: thirty (30) or more business days,
before the original Private Course start date.
3. Substitutions
Participant substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the Private Course start date without charge, provided any substitutions meet the Private Course prerequisites (if any).
4. Acceptance
Now Next Later AI is under no obligation to accept any registration.
5. Fees
Private Course fees are required to be paid in full at the time of registration. If your organisation requires a different arrangement you may contact us to discuss.
6. In Person Courses
The customer is responsible for organising the venue where the Private Course will be held. This includes: meeting classroom, projector, whiteboard, and any lunch you may want to provide to the attendees. If your organisation requires a different arrangement you may contact us to discuss.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
Recording of Private Course sessions and the taking of photographs is not permitted. Participants acknowledge Now Next Later AI’s privacy policy.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
- "Coaching" refers to all our online one-to-one coaching sessions and packages.
- "Customer" refers to the person or organization that registers for Coaching services.
- "Coach" refers to the qualified individual providing Coaching services through Now Next Later AI.
2. Cancellations
If the Customer wishes to cancel their registration, the following policies apply:
a) Cancellations of single Coaching sessions purchased separately are accepted without financial penalty, provided Now Next Later AI receives written notice from the Customer three (3) or more business days before the date of the Coaching session. The customer can cancel the session directly, using the cancellation link sent in the original session confirmation email. A refund will be provided, minus any payment platform provider fees.
b) For cancellations of Coaching packages:
- Any sessions already delivered will be charged at the full price of individual session, as defined in the service catalogue.
- Any scheduled Coaching sessions canceled within two (2) or fewer business days will be charged at the full price, as defined in the service catalogue.
- A refund of the Coaching package will be provided minus the fees specified in clauses 2(b)(1) and 2(b)(2), and any payment platform provider fees.
c) Participants who fail to attend, or cancel less than three (3) business days of the Coaching session date, or attend only part of the session are liable for the full fee. We may, at our discretion, allow rescheduling should a ticket be submitted here, as soon as possible, explaining the situation.
3. Rescheduling
a) If the Customer wishes to reschedule their coaching session to another date, this is permitted with three (3) or more business days of notice before the original Coaching session date. The customer can cancel the session directly using the cancellation link sent in the original session confirmation email.
b) If the Customer provides less than three (3) business days of notice, their original registration will be canceled, and they are liable for the full fee. We may, at our discretion, allow rescheduling should a ticket be submitted here, as soon as possible, explaining the situation.

Coaching fees are required to be paid in full at the time of registration.

Now Next Later AI makes no representations or warranties regarding any advice given in the Coaching sessions or any Coaching materials, and the Customer agrees that Now Next Later AI shall have no liability for any loss arising from the content of any such advice or materials, however caused. The maximum aggregate liability of Now Next Later AI arising out of or in connection with any Coaching shall be limited to the direct losses suffered by the Customer only, up to a maximum of the value of the Coaching fees received by Now Next Later AI for the Coaching registration of the relevant coaching session. only. Any claim made against Now Next Later AI must be made within 12 months from the date of the Coaching session from which the claim is being made.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
Recording of Coaching sessions and the taking of photographs is not permitted. Participants acknowledge Now Next Later AI's privacy policy. Confidentiality agreements are available should the Customer require one.
9. Independent Contractor Status
With the exception of Now Next Later AI's Chief Transformation Officer, who is a full-time employee of the company, Coaches listed on the Now Next Later AI platform are independent contractors and not employees of Now Next Later AI. The Coaches are responsible for their own tax and legal obligations. Now Next Later AI shall not be held liable for any claims or damages arising out of the Coaches' actions or omissions.
10. Force Majeure
Neither Now Next Later AI nor the Coach shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, war, labor disputes, or government actions. In the event of a force majeure, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of the force majeure event.
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Now Next Later AI reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any material changes are made, Now Next Later AI will provide notice to the Customer by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on the website or through other appropriate communication channels. The Customer's continued use of the Coaching services following the posting of the revised Terms and Conditions constitutes their acceptance of the changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

d) Participants who fail to show, or cancel within fourteen (14) or less business days of the Workshop start date, or who only attend part of the Workshop are liable for the full fee.

3.1 The Now Next Later AI website may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including those of the Partners. Now Next Later AI is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party websites or resources and does not endorse or assume any responsibility for their content, products, or services.
3.2 Customers acknowledge and agree that The Now Next Later AI is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or resources.
